He studied at the Art Beit Tzvi (camera operator). He produced tv programmes and worked in a theatre. As director he debuted with documentary “Total Eclipse” in 2000. He began preparations  for “Lebanon” in 2007. In this film he comes back to his own experiences from Lebanon war of 1982. He was a member of a tank crew at that time.
