The flood water in Janowiec Commune has already sunk, but for many people life hasn’t got back to normal yet. Together with the Mayor of Kazimierz Dolny, TWO RIVERSIDES Festival directors agreed to organize a charity concert to help the people living in communes situated along the Vistula River. During the concert entitled ‘TWO RIVERSIDES FOR FLOOD VICTIMS’, we’re going to collect money and gifts for those who suffered from the flooding.

You can help by:

•  taking part in the sale of charity tokens;

• taking part in the works of art and valuable gifts auction which will take place in Kazimierz Dolny on July 18.
• transferring money into a bank account opened specially for this purpose by TWO RIVERSIDES Association.
• finding sponsors for the concert.

The concert will be held at the market square in Kazimierz Dolny on July 18, 2010, from 12.00 to 4.00 p.m. Because of the specific character of the place, we won’t be able to sell tickets to the event, thus we encourage the viewers to buy special charity tokens prepared for this purpose.

Artists who would like to take part in a concert hosted by Grażyna Torbicka (among the guests who have announced their participation, you will see Kairos, Dorota Miśkiewicz,  Pati Yang, Krystyna Prońko and Zespół Reprezentacyjny)

Sponsors of the event (we’ve already had our devoted and most reliable sponsor, ALLIANZ POLSKA Group)

Volunteers

Stage technicians (the lights and sound will be operated by AIR-POL)

Promotion of the event (Polish public television TVP agreed to advertise it)

Printing house to print charity tokens, posters, leaflets, banners etc.

• the sale of charity tokens – we’re looking for volunteers

• the works of art and valuable gifts auction- we’re looking for your support in forms of works of art, things connected with famous people, valuable objects, etc.

• transfers of money into the bank account opened by TWO RIVERSIDES Association.
